Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges in case of size issues. To make sure you get the right fit, We help you choose the perfect size before shipping. We only proceed with delivery once the correct size has been confirmed.
Shipment Period
local orders within Lebanon are delivered in 3–4 days maximum, while international orders usually take around 10–12 days, depending on the destination.
Payment
We accept Western Union and Visa for international customers. For local orders in Lebanon, payment is made through Cash on Delivery (COD).
